Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley leaves, minced
  • ¼ cup fresh chives, minced
  • 2 tablespoons mint leaves, minced
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Sea salt & ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

You can either mix this dip by hand or use a blender or food processor.

  1. To mix by hand, first mince the garlic cloves, fresh parsley leaves, chives and mint leaves.
  2. Whisk sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  3. Mix in minced garlic and herbs until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to a serving dish.

If using a blender or food processor, add all the ingredients and combine until smooth. Transfer to a serving dish.

You can either serve this dip right away, however, we have found that it's best to refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend together.
