Healthy Maple Cinnamon Roasted Pecans

Delight in the sweet and salty crunch of these naturally gluten-free and paleo-friendly maple cinnamon roasted pecans. Ready in 15 minutes and made with simple ingredients, these pecans are ideal for snacking, topping salads or gifting.

 

Ingredients

  • 4 cups raw pecans
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the pecans, maple syrup, ground cinnamon and salt into a large bowl and mix, ensuring the pecans are fully coated.
  3. Pour onto the parchment-lined baking sheet and spread in a single layer across the baking sheet.
  4. Place the baking sheet into the preheated oven and roast for 5 minutes and stir. Then roast for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Remove the tray from the oven and cool completely before transferring into an airtight container.

Notes

Use only real maple syrup. Imitation syrup will not work for this recipe!
