Old Fashioned Rolled Oats Milk | Greek Yogurt | Chia Seeds Cinnamon | Nutmeg | Ginger Cloves | Salt | Maple Syrup Vanilla Extract | Apples | Pecans Cranberries
The night before, place everything (except for the apple, pecans and dried cranberries) into a mason jar or resealable container and stir.
Top oats mixture with diced apple, pecans and dried cranberries, screw on the mason jar lid and refrigerate overnight.
Uncover container, stir ingredients and thin with a little milk if preferred.
