Spaghetti Squash Extra Virgin Olive Oil Kosher Salt Black Pepper
First, cut the ends off the squash so that each end has a flat side. Then, make a horizontal slice to cut the spaghetti squash in half.
Next, scoop out the seeds and stringy insides. Drizzle the cut side of the squash with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place cut side down on a prepared baking sheet. Roast for 35 to 40 minutes, then remove from the oven and flip the squash. Use a fork to scrape and fluff the long strands from the squash.
