Broccoli | Olive Oil Balsamic Vinegar | Garlic Lemon Juice | Parmesan Cheese Salt | Black Pepper
Whisk the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt and black pepper. Then drizzle the vinaigrette over the broccoli until well coated.
Transfer the broccoli to a sheet pan, being careful not to overcrowd the vegetables. Then roast until tender and lightly browned.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and a squeeze of lemon and serve immediately.
