All-Purpose Flour | Butter | Sugar Brown Sugar | Baking Powder Baking Soda | Eggs | Pure Vanilla Andes® Crème de Menthe Baking Chips
Whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Next, mix the butter, and sugars until fluffy, then add in the eggs and vanilla.
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients being careful not to overmix. Then fold in the Andes mint pieces and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Using a cookie scoop place dough on a prepared cookie sheet and bake until the edges are lightly golden brown. Finally dip half of each cooled cookie into melted chocolate and sprinkle with Cacao nibs.
