Heirloom Advent Calendars for a Classic Christmas
Christmas is one of the most exciting times of the year. We follow many traditions leading up to December 25th, such as getting a Christmas tree, baking cookies and using an advent calendar. An advent calendar is another way to savor the season and to build anticipation for the Christmas holiday.
Advent calendars can make great decor pieces. They are also a tradition that will be cherished year after year. We typically fill our advent calendar with a mix of activities, chocolates and ornaments for the kids. My girls love waking up every morning and counting down the days until Christmas with their advent calendar.
