I can’t believe fall is right around the corner; summer has flown by! While I’m not ready for summer to end quite yet, I am ready for cooler temperatures and all the fun that fall brings. I love all things fall: harvest, pumpkins, baking, college football, crunchy leaves, back to school, and of course, decorating!

No, I haven’t started unpacking my fall decor just yet, but I’m a planner. So I started creating a mood board for my favorite fall finds and gathering ideas. Lucky for me and anyone else who loves fall, Target recently launched their new fall Hearth and Hand fall décor line and I think you’re going to love it as much as I do! This year’s fall collection does not disappoint. It might be my favorite one yet! It’s full of beautiful, functional pieces in rich fall colors that will add nice touches to your existing décor.

The Hearth and Hand fall décor line from Target is one of my favorite collections for this year. In fact, I love it so much, I have created Hearth and Hand Fall Kitchen and Fall Backyard Pizza and Movie Night décor boards. This fall décor launch is really lining up with our fall plans – fun, cozy and simple!

I’m not one to make major décor changes for the fall for our interior. I love adding functional pieces that speak to the season like this pillow and this chunky knit throw. I’m also loving some of their pieces that can be incorporated year-around into you home like this beautiful shaker bench, bar stool and this rug.
