If you’re like everyone else and trying to start the New Year organized, then you’ll love this post with beautiful farmhouse pantry inspiration. We’re in the process of redesigning our new (old) Farmhouse build into a new (old) Farmhouse re-build. One thing that has been important for me throughout these two design processes has been smart storage. I’ve never lived in a home that has had enough storage, let alone smart or custom storage that suits our family and lifestyle.
Living on a farm in the middle of nowhere, I tend to stock up on several items like paper goods and kitchen staples (pasta, rice, canned goods, etc.). It’s not that easy to run to the store to grab a roll of paper towels when you live where we do. I’ve never had a proper place to store our stock up items, let alone all the kitchen equipment and bake ware that we have. We enjoying cooking (there are no food delivery services out here), baking, and canning our summer garden, so we have lots of things that need to be stored.
Since we’re fortunate enough to be able to start from scratch on the design process, I’m dreaming BIG on our farmhouse pantry – think open shelving, a library ladder, cabinet storage for appliances, big clear glass jars for bulk food, baskets, etc. Big or small, a farmhouse-style pantry can add charm and a fantastic storage solution for any home. Below are beautiful and organized farmhouse-style pantry inspiration photos that we are using for our design process. Cheers!
