    Wall Calendar Template Free Printable

This wall calendar template is perfect for organizing your family activities. Print, frame and hang in your home without throwing off your décor style!

I can’t believe it’s back to school already. This time of year coincides with harvest for our family so it’s a hectic time in our home. With my husband sometimes working both days and nights, I’m left to handle the house and schedules by myself. It used to be easier when my girls were babies, but now that we have school and extra circular schedules to keep, I need to make sure I’m on top of everything.

The best way for my husband and I to be on the same page is to have a large format style calendar in the hallway near our mudroom to check daily to see when and where everyone needs to be. We pass down this hallway on the way out of our house, so it makes the most sense for our command center.

I decided to whip up a simple yet stylish wall calendar template that would fit better with our farmhouse style versus a generic store-bought calendar. Don’t get me wrong, there are plenty of great already-made options for you, but this was cheaper and fit in with our décor better. The great thing about this calendar template is that it’s inexpensive to print, and you use whatever frame you want or have on hand that fits your style.

Using two frames that I already had in my house, I printed two wall calendar templates at Shutterfly. I hung them side by side so I can see the next month’s schedule.

To hang the frames up, I used Velcro command strips to easily rotate the frames at the end of the month, so I’m not having to rewrite the second month when the current month is over.

I created this wall calendar template to help me stay better organized for the school year and I thought I would share it with you to help you stay better prepared too! This is a printable blank wall calendar. Just download and print.

This printable comes in 4 different sizes that can be printed as is or downsized for 14 different size formats for whatever frame you have on-hand. Frames with removable backs and a glass or plexiglass front make it super easy to display and write on your wall calendar.

    tips

    • I usually print the large image sizes as posters versus photos because it’s usually cheaper.
    • If printing photos, I like to choose matte finish over glossy so the photo quality looks better.
    • Poster and picture printers that I love: Shutterfly, Zazzle, CVS or Costco Photo Center.
    • Great places to get inexpensive farmhouse-style picture and poster frames: Michaels, Target or Bed Bath & Beyond.

Hi! I'm Shannon and I live on a farm in Northern California where we enjoy a hard day’s work, home cooked meals and preserving the past. Oh yeah, we’re building a new (old) Farmhouse too! I created this blog as a way to journal our Farmhouse build and collect our family-favorite recipes.
