Unsalted Butter | Brown Sugar Granulated Sugar | Vanilla Pistachios | All-Purpose Flour Dark Chocolate | Sea Salt
Beat softened butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt together. Then mix in the flour until a crumbly dough forms.
Next, add in the chopped pistachios, divide the dough into two and shape into logs. Then chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Slice the logs into equally sized cookies and bake until lightly golden brown around the edges.
Melt the chocolate until smooth, then dunk the bottom of the cookie in the dark chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt.
