Healthier Pumpkin Dip
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz block cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 15 oz can 100% pure pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
- ½ cup plain Greek Yogurt
- ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, or the bowl of a stand mixer, beat together the softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and arrange gingersnaps, pita chips and sliced apples around the bowl. Serve and enjoy!
