Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and kosher salt. Next, cream together the sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs, one at a time, and mix in the lemon juice and zest. With the mixer on low, alternate adding the flour mixture and buttermilk until just combined.
Now fold in the chopped pistachios and pour the batter into a prepared loaf pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes, then allow to cool completely.
Whisk powdered sugar and lemon juice together until smooth, then drizzle over the top of the loaf.
